It's been about a week since i posted anything on this blog, I had to stay put in port-Au-prince for a few days due to a nation wide warning regarding bad weather - We had a lot of rain but nothing threatening . More rain in the forecast this week for Port-Au-prince but as long as it doesn't get flooded I should be returning to leogane shortly and meet with "Artist", a farmer I met last week who will put me in contact with some of his friends who live in latounel /gwoso , in the mountains of Leogane . The image above is a portrait of Jacqueline who also lives in leogane , she was so camera shy but still allowed me to take a few shots.

Good job Sir! I am Jean Pe, and I go by the name of "Haitian Author". I realized that majority Haitians who live in U.S. feel reluctant to tell their real stories. They let the world tell their own stories, and depict who they are.
