Half way up a steep mountain going to Beau Sejour a few weeks ago , I pleaded with my guide to stop and take a rest. I was just unable to continue due to extreme exhaustion and dehydration. We sat under a mango tree to have lunch and half hour later I sort of drag my self half a mile up to the location pictured above where we rented a donkey and continued our climbing -
