Like many cities southwest of Port-Au-Prince, Grand Goave is close to the sea and it is only located about 40kms from the Capital.The town is one of the oldest cities of the country, and was named Goâve by the Ameridians. Traveling south, which is my favorite part of the island, offer a much more beautiful scenery. Once you leave leogane behind, such a more enjoyable experience from a photographer's point of view.
